Custom manufacturing and component sourcing for hydraulic, industrial, mining, agricultural, transport and machinery repair applications.

Who we help

When the part isn't on the shelf.

Many replacement parts are not available off the shelf — especially for older machines, discontinued equipment, imported machinery or urgent repair jobs. That is why we work with customers to manufacture or source components based on what they have.

Our custom manufacturing service is suitable for repair workshops, equipment owners, maintenance contractors, machinery dealers and industrial businesses looking for reliable replacement parts at competitive prices.

How we work

We manufacture from what you have.

Send us whatever you have and we'll take it from there.

Technical drawings

We work from detailed engineering drawings, CAD files, dimensional sketches or workshop drawings — including material requirements, tolerances, surface finish and heat treatment specs.

Where drawings are incomplete, we can help identify what additional details may be required before production.

OEM part numbers

We cross-reference OEM part numbers to source or manufacture a suitable replacement. Especially useful for hydraulic cylinders, excavators, loaders, trucks and agricultural machinery where original parts are expensive or hard to find.

Existing samples

Send us the existing part for measurement and reverse engineering. We manufacture replacements based on the sample's dimensions, material, thread details, surface finish, hardness and functional requirements.

What we make

If it can be machined, we can source it.

From one-off prototypes to production runs — any material, any spec.
